For online purchases: You have 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

Items to be exchanged at the online store only where the same category is available.

Exchanges are not applicable on sales/promotion items.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made.

Cash and credit refunds are not applicable

Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Saturday.

When you proceed with your order, you will be presented with the total cost and available payment methods.

You will receive an SMS for order confirmation. Once you confirm the payment, we will proceed with processing your order.
