Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive a returned item, we will process your exchange request. Please allow 4-5 business days for the exchange item to be shipped.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer service representative. You can cancel your order at this time. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cash and credit refunds are not applicable.
